Empowering people to touch hearts and change lives

To exemplify Christ’s teachings on the Kingdom of God.

Through the word of God, the Kingdom of God that Christ preached breaks poverty mindsets, removes religious barriers, and destroys the walls of all the “isms” that divide us. This is accomplished with an authentic love and compassion for helping people heal, hope, and discover their true potential and purpose.

Who we are

We are a faith-based organization that strives to exemplify the principles of the Kingdom of God as set forth by the word of God.

We seek to promote goodness in people that would allow them to fulfill the purpose that they were intended to fulfill. We know that the world is undergoing many changes — changes in society, finances, mindsets, weather, and government — and these changes place a lot of stress and pressure on people. We would alleviate these through both spiritual and natural remedies.

First, we help develop the mindset through teachings on a “Kingdom mindset” as offered by Christ’s teaching on the Kingdom of God. Secondly, we develop natural means — educational programming, community resources, and partnering opportunities — to create avenues for people to grow educationally and economically, as well as spiritually.

Our Community Mission

Closing the educational gap

Our primary community mission is to close the educational gap as it currently exists in the Cape Henlopen School District for minority students. We partner with the district to develop programming and gather resources that identify, strategize, and operationalize creative programs for under-achieving students.

We have developed relationships with local pre-school and childcare centers, elementary and middle schools to help identify potential students who are at risk — developing district-approved strategies and gathering the resources these children need.

And we work strategically with the district to operate events, programs, and activities focused on closing the educational achievement gap within the district.

Pastor Troy Hazzard and First Lady Pamela Hazzard began their journey in March of 2009, establishing For His Glory in Milton, Delaware — and the congregation has been flourishing ever since. With a strong focus on community outreach, they aspire to bring joy and love to their city by meeting the spiritual and physical needs of their community.
